  1. Add a request for feedback button for sellers

    For every transaction i make we send a thank you note and a feedback request message..sometimes customers give a positive feedback just by replying to that message which is not getting to the feedback page... So by creating a request feedback button the seller can click on the link so that it will leave an automated email for the buyer with the link to seller account in which they can post their feedback or they can just click on the auto generated feedback which Bonanza already has it.

    If this is done it will help both the Seller and Buyer…

  2. get phone support. 24 hours to get a question answered is a lot of money that isnt coming in

    man this writing for 15 minutes to ask a question and then 24 hours for a reply is very time consuming. no wonder sales are so low

  3. ADVERTISE BONANZA IN THE GOOGLE SEARCHES

    I AND MANY OTHERS I ASSOCIATE WITH, SEARCH THROUGH YAHOO. PLEASE ADVERTISE THERE ARE WE ARE LOSING MANY BONANZA SALES BY NOT ADVERTISING IN YAHOO. MOST OTHER ONLINE PLATFORMS, SUCH AS WALMART, AMAZON, ADVERTISE WITH YAHOO ALSO. PLEASE THINK ABOUT IT.

  5. Add "GIFT" as an option

    There is not an option for "gift." People may be going on Bonanza to find a gift for someone. As a seller of "gifts," I would like to have that option in the main categories.

  6. 'OR BEST OFFER' on an item for all to see

    Just as 'FREE SHIPPING' is highlighted before buyers look into an item, also add 'OR BEST OFFER' on an item for all to see

  7. add qty discounts, buy x for $xx, or a %

    give buyers option 2 purchase multiples 4 a discount.

    buy 5 for $40.00 ($10 for 1 normally)

    or:

    buy 2 or more for 10% discount.

  8. Quit showing items "sold" when they are not paid for.

    I know when items are really sold when I receive notification from Paypal. When items show sold according to Bonanza booth, they actually aren't. Because of this it may show I haven't shipped them item out.

  9. App for buyers!

    Create an app for buyers (in addition to the sellers app) !
    Statistically, more buyers purchase on amazon and ebay via the app versus the website. Apps are more comfortable to use and we'll get more sales!

  10. Allow seller to select items to be discounted and not by category

    Every marketplace I know allows this option for their sellers. We could just pick/select random SKUs that we want and give them percent or amount discounts -not relying on categories.

  11. Incorporate automatic seller fee deduction from sales instead of adding them up each month and charging our credit card

    As with Amazon, they deduct seller and shipping fees directly from a sellers unavailable balance instead of adding up fees and then charging the sellers credit card. I feel that it would be much more streamlined and less frustrating if fees were automatically deducted from the sale itself.

  12. Please move More items from Our booth to the bottom of the item listing page

    Please move "More items from Our booth" to the bottom of the item listing page. The customer has to scroll past the line of other items to begin viewing the item they are looking to find. New customers might not bother to scroll down the entire page to view the listing. Make it easier for them to want to stay and buy.

  13. Add page numbers to both the top & bottom of the Offers/Sales page

    Add to the top of the Offers/Sale page. the numbers, now they are only at the bottom. If I want to advance previous.item s or a buyers. Now I need to page UP all the way to the top just to advance to the next page.

    Sounds simple enough.

  15. Please do not give a customer an opportunity to ask if the price is flexible

    Hello Bill and Mark. Could you please re-consider allowing a potential buyer to check off the area on "is this price flexible." As it stands now, shoppers can choose to click in this area when they ask the seller a question from one of their listings and also when a listing is added to their wishlist. I already set my listings at the lowest I can go. I cannot go lower, which is why I do not offer OBO on my listings.   16. Allow "Free Shipping" Discount to be Limited to US Buyers Only.

    Our booth offers Free Shipping on orders over a certain amount. While this is profitable for our domestic sales, we cannot afford the same discount for international customers.

    Please add an option to allow Free Shipping discounts to buyers based in the US, while still allowing sellers to charge shipping for the much more expensive international shipments.

  17. Delay the automatic charging of your debit/credit card once the fees reach $25 or $100 by 16-24h and notify by email in time.

    Delay the instant charging of our debit/credit card by 16-24h in order not to pay our bank's conversion fees and have the chance to pay them from PayPal where we have that currency already.

    At least 14h delay and an instant email notification because if it reaches the triggered amount exactly when we go to bed, we should be allowed to sleep, wake up, eat and then check our emails and act accordingly.

  18. Remove the "search walmart for reviews" link on the item pages!!

    My name is Kimberly by the way. I ensure you will become familiar with it. I intend to boost Bonanza with a passion... The link removes the buyer from the item page of that seller, and away from Bonanza altogether to a separate retail site that new buyers would even feel more comfortable and familiar with. It also forces us sellers to compete with Walmart... Walmart! If they are selling the item at a low price, the customer will purchase it there instead with free shipping as well. I suggest an in house review system which can even provide tokens…

  19. In the theme section for jewelry details, you should have a "religious" choice.

    You need a religious category under your theme selections.
